Why
did you become interested in fitness?
After giving birth 4 weeks early to daughters #3 & 4(twins)
who weighed 8.0lbs and 8.3 lbs, I was left with a weight of 234,
41% body fat, at a size 28! This was all the motivation I needed
to
lose the weight. My husband is a competitive bodybuilder as well
as a weight trainer and diet counselor, it was our Faith in God
and his knowledge along with tons of support that got me to 148lbs
at about 10% to compete. I have since found Natural bodybuilding
to be my genetic calling.
When
did you first start working out?
When I was 25 and dating my husband.
What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I LOVE aerobics, so much that I am now an instructor. Kick-boxing
is my favorite with step taking a close second. I also LOVE
roller skating (on 4 wheels NOT roller Blades!~smile)
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
To motivate and encourage woman (especially mothers) to better
their health and bodies, win an overall NATURAL Bodybuilding
competition, and being in a magazine would be pretty cool too!!!

Notes
I lost over 96 pounds in less than 10 months as the mother of four daughters
who at that time were 10, 1, and the twins were newborn. At no time were the
duties of being a full time mother sacrificed for my weight loss. I was NEVER
one to
diet or do much cardio. If I could do this I KNOW many of you out there can to!
