Why
did you become interested in fitness?
Majority of my life I have always been active and health conscientious.
Until a recent depression (now passed), my passion for fitness & nutrition
became more relevant and inspiriational.
When
did you first start working out?
I was working out consistenlty 12 years ago. I became pregnant
at a very young age and my workout priorities changed. Most recently
I have started the gym (Feb 2003) this time for always and with
great passion!
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Honestly - cleaning my house "everyday". I run up and
down the stairs vacuuming floors after 2 dogs, cleaning 3 bathrooms,
dishes and laundry. Its a workout - I swear! Other than the odvious
of the gym, I also bike & walk, alone or with my daughter.
She, being 11 years old contributes to alot of my "cardio" as
she gets my heart rate racing entering pre-teen ; )
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
As much as I can possibly attain through hard work, dedication,
and ongoing learning. I want to help educate people towards a
healthy, active balanced lifestyle. I am in the process of becoming
certified as a Nutrition & Wellness Specialist through Can-Fit-Pro.
I thouroghly enjoy the satisfaction of seeing someone conquer
goals towards an improved healthy lifestyle. As well, because
I do practice what I preach - I work hard to maintain a toned
body. Due to this sacrifice of will - I want to show off my hard
work with pride. My website was a start. Ultimately I want to
be a fitness model and competing is an option! In addition opening
a supplement shop is also an aspiration. Either way fitness and
nutrition stand priorities in my life and I love my lifestyle!

Since my "awakening" and my passion for fitness has become a routine
part of my life...I cannot express my exuberation. My friends and family have
seen an increased improvement in my quality of life since my dedication to health
