Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I started
in baton twirling and beauty pageants at the age of 5. Then started
teaching aerobics at the age of 14 and became a professional cheerleader
at the age of 19. I started weight training and competing in fitness
competitions 5 years later!
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I enjoy adventure sports (rock climbing, sky diving, snowboarding,
skiing) also enjoy water sports (skiing, wakeboard, jet skiing,
tubing).
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
My ambition is to be an on-air television host. Host my own fitness
show called "Celebrity Fitness".
What
I love to do most is live each day to the fullest and in balance.
Mentally, spiritually, and physically. I love challenges and am
constantly taking classes and workshops. (Investments & Finance,
Acting, Spanish and Dance).

Just finished two infomercials projects and working on pitching
my show. Look for me on the cover of Nutrition Express, and featured
in Physical Magazine, Controversy Magazine, and Ms. Fitness Magazine.
