Why did you become interested in fitness?
I was a gymnast all of my life until college. I had no place to compete anymore once I began college, and I wanted to continue my gymnastics training. I was contacted by Kenny Kassel and informed about fitness competitions and modeling opportunities.

When did you first start working out?
Age 7 with gymnastics and logrolling...I began seriously lifting my freshman year of high school.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Logrolling, pole vault, karate, triathlons, gymnastics, cardio kickboxing.

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
My goal is to someday make it to the pros and be a cover model. (So it's a far stretch...but it's still a goal. :) )
