First you'll need to provide some basic information by filling out a basic form. The more information you can provide, the better you'll be represented on the site.

Then email up to 6 photos to be placed along with the information you provided. Fitness related photos would probably be best. You can send in a photo from your senior prom if you wish, but it just might not fit in too well.

Then...well, there is no other "then", because it's just that simple! All you have to do is wait for an email (should take 4-5 days at the most) notifying you that you have been added to the Flex Files.

This service will remain free for as long as it isn't taking away from actual website production. At that point, a nominal fee will be introduced. But for now, it's completely FREE, so take advantage of the offer while you can!
