Actress and fitness model Pamela Paulshock's career started by hanging out at the beach...if only we were all so lucky. It was at the Ocean City, MD shore where she was asked to compete in the "Best Body on the Beach" contest, which she ended up winning. From there, her whirlwind career has consisted of bikini contests, fitness and swimsuit modeling, spokesmodeling and acting roles.

Although she has appeared in such TV shows as The Tonight Show, Beverly Hills 90210, VIP, Mad TV, and Talk Soup...most red-blooded American males will recognize her from WCW, where she was the primary backstage interview girl.

Pamela's site was my first, and last, full Flash site. Flash is a very cool utility, but I now know that personal websites don't make very good Flash sites...unless your a Flash artist and you're showing everyone your work.

But for what it's worth, I thought the site turned out pretty well. Yeah, the loading time was pretty bad, but that's what happens when you create a Flash site with lots of photos....which is a must for a fitness model's site. It's not like people wanna READ what she looks like.

Pam has since dumped the Flash site, and her current site is in its second incarnation. I urge you to stop by and check it out...she's a real cool girl.
