Why
did you become interested in fitness?
My sophomore year in high school, I was a skinny #90 since I was
a runner, and I hated it. My brother, Brad, who is a good amateur
bodybuilder pursuaded me to lift weights. to put on a little weight.
I joined the local YMCA, and lifted there 5 days a week after
practices. I absolutely loved it and loved the new look that I
was developing. I also helped me run better since I was a stronger
runner. I began looking at mags and taking supplements, sleeping
more, and eating better. I was hooked from there on out.
When
did you first start working out?
15 yrs. old, sophomore in high school.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I love to walk outdoors to feel the warm sun and breeze in the
summertime. I basically love all sports, including biking, running,
etc.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
My goal is to become a professional figure competitior. Eventually,
I would like to do alot of modelling work with magazines and make
alot of appearances at the various bodybuilding/fitness events.
