Why
did you become interested in fitness?
Friends convinced me I could conquer my "stage fright"
since that was the only thing stopping me from participating in
the fitness competitions. I recently lost one of these special
friends to cancer, I now compete to raise funds for the Canadian
Cancer Society.
When
did you first start working out?
September 2001
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I enjoy Gymnastics, Rock-climbing, Horseback riding, Camping and
Hiking.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
My goals are about enjoying the sport of Natural Fitness and staying
healthy. I am presently in the process of obtaining my Personal
Training Certification. I hope that my achievements will inspire
others to accomplish their goals, whatever they may be and to
assist in research for a cure for cancer.
