Why did you become interested in fitness?
have always been interested in fitness. I was a certified aerobic instructor and personal trainer in the Dallas metroplex for 10 + yrs. before moving to Colorado. I had stopped teaching upon moving here for other circumstances and let myself go for about 3 yrs. Once I had the opportunity to do something for myself again I decided to pursue my dream again which was to compete successfully and earn my pro card. I have a goal to also grace the covers of several different fitness magazines and be published within.

When did you first start working out?
About 15 yrs. ago.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I love to play competitive volleyball, softball, hiking, roller blading, rock climbing, water skiing, snow skiing etc.

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
My 1st goal is to earn my pro card this year. To be published and appear on the covers of major Health and Fitness magazines. I love to make and design my own clothing, so once I earn my pro card I am going to launch my own fitness wear line. I am working on several different designs at this time and working on all the other details to get the business off the ground. It's gonna be Awesome!
