Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I've always been involved in physical activities, but
it wasn't until I started weight training that it was
my goal to eventually compete. I also enjoyed watching fitness
and bodybuilding shows on TV and thinking - "I
want to do that!"
When
did you first start working out?
I started lifting weight when I was 14. My mom started going
because she wanted to lose weight and I just tagged along.
Eventually she dropped out and I kept going cause I was hooked!
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I enjoy many things. I try to vary my cardio so I don't
get bored by doing interval training, bike riding outside,
roller blading, swimming, walking, and I love to dance.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
I am going to compete next year the Canadian Nationals for
figures and try to get my pro card. I would also like to go
to the World Qualifiers.
Fitness
modeling is also something I'd like to get into
(but then who wouldn't, right?)
Additional Notes
I am currently trying to get my website up and running. It will
have more information about me, pictures, recipes, and just a
great way to meet people with the same interests as me in general!
I also want to take this opportunity to thank my support team.
For the past three years I could never have accomplished what
