Why did you become interested in fitness?
I became interested in fitness and bodybuilding just by the desire to stay in great shape. I always liked to workout and I partipated in sports like swimming, track and basketball throughout grade school, high school and college. The involvement in sports at an early age helped the development of my physique. As my metabolism started to slow downand I learned more about training and nutrition, I have been able to put on more muscle every year.

When did you first start working out?
In sixth grade I had a passion for getting in great shape and I asked my mom to buy me a workout bench and a set of weights. She got it all for me and I started working out at home because I was too young to lift weights at any of the fitness centers.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Basketball, dance, martial arts

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
I would like to obtain my pro card in bodybuilding or fitness. I love doing both. I will be competing more this year. I was in car accident a little over a year ago that prevented me from working out for a while. I feel much better now even though I am dealing with some permanent injuries. Once I go pro, I will reaccess my physique to determine whether I will compete in bodybuilding or fitness. It really depends on the jugding criteria, as it changes frequently.
