Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I was an ambassador in New Zealand. While working out at a local
gym I was approached by a bodybuilder who thought I will be perfect
for this thing called Fitness and Bodyshaping. After much convincing
and confidence building by him and others, I decided to give
a try. I won the regional title my first time competing and the
National title the second. It was very clear that fitness was
my calling and I haven’t put down my glass slippers since.
When
did you first start working out?
I was always active, I ran track and later was on the Dance Team
at the University of Minnesota. We were required to workout but
I never understood the premise nor did I enjoy it. It was when
I was training for my first Fitness competition that the love
affair with fitness and health evolved.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Dance, cheerleading, running, weightlifting, biking, Inline Skate,
aerobics, rock climbing, extreme sports; I will try most things
at least once…
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
I would like to make an impact in the Fitness World. Fitness
is just at the beginning stages and I want to help take it to
the next level using my influence, MBA in sports Management,
experiences and “never give up” attitude”.

has been a cheerleader for my dreams and aspirations…I
