Career Highlights
Won many 3-1st place trophies as well as top 5 in Fitness, Figure, Fitness Model, Bodybuilding, nationally and worldwide pro level for Canada.

Photo shoots with Rob Simms, Tré Scott, JP Erickson, Pete Freisen, Sara Murray, David Cavarillo, Michelle Oxley, Gord Young and more! Have done a guest performance on Jenny Jones, briefly discussing anorexia and recovery. Will be co-promoting a contest named after Linda's business "Body Rush Classic".

Why did you become interested in fitness?
Through my own experiences with weight issues I became healthy through fitness and exercise and wanted to teach this to those needing help with their health. A much more rewarding career for me!

When did you first start working out?
I was active on an off as a kid but with sever Chronic Bronchial Asthma I could not do much and would fall sick at home for weeks. I danced, did gymnastics but was unable to follow through with the effects of my health issues. In the early 90's I began training in recovery from my weigh issues and because I gained muscle so easy and my metabolism finally for the first time in life became regulated I decided to try to compete. I also became a trainer at this time.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Kickboxing, plyometrics, basic gymnastics and Fitness elements drills, dance, lots of variety. I like to practice drills for various sports like basketball, soccer and track because this helps me excel physically.

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
I would like to become a more prominent marker, possible acting, I have so many choices and ideas so I go in many directions depending on where I believe they will lead my career as well as keeping within enjoyment.

Additional Notes
I have a beautiful Pitbull Terrier, he is turning 11 on Jan 24/02. He is a Champion too with 1st in show and 2nd in pull, he pulled up to 900 lbs then decided he did not feel like it. Some dogs love it, a female of 35 lbs pulled 3500 lbs, 1000x her weight and she loved it, no problem!
