Why did you become interested in fitness?
In 1987, upon graduation from high school, I joined the US Army. I completed 6 years on active duty and attained the rank of Sergeant before getting out in 1993 to attend the University of Delaware in the pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Physical Education. In 1996, I got hired to play "Jade" on the American Gladiators tv show. I spent 3 years on the show and in 2002, I decided to officially come out of retirement and compete in my first loved sport of bodybuilding. The rest, as they say is history.

When did you first start working out?
I am a lifetime athlete and began training seriously for bodybuilding after basic training in 1987.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
karate, kickboxing, hunting, softball, rollerblading and sleeping (recovery purposes)

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
To become an IFBB Professional by winning the NPC Nationals in November. I also wish to endorse a supplement company. I represented Sportpharma during my stint as a Gladiator.

Additional Notes
I just want to thank my fans for their continued support during bodybuilding, American Gladiators and now bodybuilding once again.
