Why did you become interested in fitness?
I first began working out at the age of 15 at a local gym, which I paid for with my allowance money. I have always been a tomboy and I wanted to be just as big and strong as my older brother. I wanted to be able to do anything he could do. Now I workout more for the pure enjoyment and health benefits. In addition, weight training has totally resculpted my physique. When I was younger, I use to be all hips with narrow little shoulders.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Free-style dancing, scuba diving, and rollerblading

Additional Notes
I am especially grateful for the ongoing support of my friend and family, which has help to drive me down this challenging, but highly rewarding path.
