Why did you become interested in fitness?
Bodybuilding interested me because it gave me self control, discipline, consistency as well as patience. What I like the most about bodybuilding is that I can control my weight. I can get my body ready for a bodybuilding contest or I can change my body for a Figure contest or just for a photo shoot - I can achieve all three with a minimum effort and on time.

When did you first start working out?
I started teaching aerobics about 8 years ago, and weight training 4 years ago. Between weight training and aerobics, I prefer weight training, but aerobic exercise (cardiovascular) is a big component of a good weight training program, so I most keep both.  

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
The Martial Arts (Kung Fu)
