HEAVY LEG DAY
Today I woke up really crazy to train legs...I need to make some power to relax my nervous..my last heavy leg workout was 10 days ago, and I was anxious for this workout...
I arrived in the gym and my bro was there waiting for me...I was so motivated for squat that i didnt make my glutes exercises prior quads...
I know that I havent too much glycogen, for this workout needs to be short and intense..I did few sets but really intense..
The workout was:
Warm up
extension warm up 2 X 20rep
Barbell squat:
1ºset 20 reps 60kg
2ºset 12 reps 100 kg
3ºset 6 reps 140kg
4ºset 15reps 100kg
Single leg press
2 sets 15 reps 240 kg
Leg extension hammer
1 set 20reps 20kg
Lying leg curl
1set 12 reps 62kg
2 set 15 reps 54kg
Stiff dead lift
2 sets 15 reps 100kg
Aductor machine
2 sets 20 reps all the weight (life fitness machine)
Glutes with ankle weights
3sets 15-20 reps 20kgs each leg
I replenished my energys right after workout, then I took some pics outside the gym....
In the afternoon I did a massage andhad to go to the skin doctor to make a DMAE treatment...
In the night, I returned to the gym and did some cardio, stretch and poses...i was really good in the mirror
