Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I have always been very athletic and into sports. I began lifting
weights in college for soccer and track. I really enjoyed watching
my body continue to develop muscles. After graduation I still
wanted to be competitive in something and my boyfriend introduced
me to fitness since he was into bodybuilding.
When
did you first start working out?
I first started in college for soccer and track.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Playing soccer and basketball. I also enjoy running and hiking.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
My ultimate goal is to become an IFBB Fitness Pro. I also would
like to be a role model for others and help others to achieve
their fitness goals so they can lead a healthy lifestyle.
