Highlights
I have won about 5 or 6 bikini contests in our local college hangouts.
I recently had a photo shoot with Michael Stycket. It's only been
two months ago and I've already been published in the Weekly World
News.
Why
did you become interested in fitness?
After gaining sixty pounds within a year and a half, I became
fed up with being overweight and joined a martial arts kickboxing
class. After about 7 months of hard work, the extra pounds disappeared
and I became very lean. My confidence and self esteem came back
better than ever, and I now love looking at my results in the
mirror.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I have been kickboxing now for 2 years and weight training for
6 months. Sometimes I enjoy running, bicycling, and dancing. My
kickboxing class is the greatest and most difficult workout I've
ever participated in. It not only works me aerobically and anaerobically,
it also challenges my inner strength and spirit.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
I'm currently working on gaining more muscle mass and my goal
is to be published in the fitness industry.
Additional Notes
I've worked very hard to get where I am and I feel that I could
be a good role model for others working toward their fitness goals.
I'm
also very interested in fitness modeling. I'd love to have the
chance to show off my hard work.
