Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I caught this fitness bug because of one of my friends I used
to hang out with all the time worked out every day. He was always
really upbeat when he finished working out, and I wanted that
feeling. Once I started, I never looked back. Itís like
a drug for me, I have to work out every day or else I donít
feel like myself.
When
did you first start working out?
I was always active in sports throughout high school, but really
started seriously lifting and cardio about three years ago.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Playing with my dogs, running, swimming, any water sports, kickboxing,
and biking.
