I’ve always been active, but I started training seriously about 4 yrs ago.

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Martial Arts, Dance & Mountain biking

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
To receive my Pro card in Figure and to promote the sport to people of all ages.
