Why
did you become interested in fitness?
Truthfully, I did not set out to be in the "fitness industry".
I had set some personal goals and once I achieved them… I wanted
to go to the next level. I've just progressed to this point and
I can't wait to continue my journey to see where it leads!
When
did you first start working out?
I started working out when I was 19. I had always loved sports
and my mom was the aerobic women… but I loved the look of the
more muscular frame! I was fortunate enough to work with a woman
who had competed and asked her to take me to the gym! The true
journey begins… I have not stopped and I've had many great
people help me out to this point.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I love to rollerblade, swim, ski, and beach volleyball.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
Just competing last year was the most exciting thing I've ever
done! I love it, each year I review my goals and strive to look
at the next level… what do I want to learn. My progress
is going well! My routine this year is better and I've started
my personal training course! I take one step at a time and live
the results… not sure what’s in store, but im laying
down the footwork.
