Photo Finish - Wendy Rider & Hayley Womack

Today I braved the stiff coastal winds of northern Miami on only 2 hours of sleep for a sunrise shoot with Wendy Rider (above), followed by Hayley Womack (below), at Haulover Beach. Although the wind did prove to be a problem with my shooting setup, it did provide a nice wind blown effect to the hair of both models. The only problem was that the wind was so steady that it forced the girls to point their faces into it, which can really dry up the eyes quick. But Wendy and Hayley were troopers and fought off Mother Nature and what she decided to toss at us today.

It seems like every day there is a new weather challenge to overcome, but its a fun challenge to always try to counter the punches that nature throws. Although I have to admit, there was no counter punching by yours truly during Thursday's hurricane-like conditions.. I just gave up and watched a MythBusters marathon in my hotel room instead.
