Senuk shines in Alberta

Hey.. yeah. Remember me? I was the one that was supposed to be updating this blog regularly. Whoops.. my bad. Anyhow, I'm back with some news from our moose lovin' neighbors to the north.

Jamie Senuk, one of the more impressively built fitness competitors around — at 5' 8.5" and 145lbs — has captured the overall title in the Alberta Provincials after finishing 2nd in her last four shows. And don't think that taking the title in Alberta is a piece of cake.. this is the same province that has produced Debbie Leung, Jill St. Laurent and Trina Gillis, all quality physiques. All of them are strikingly beautiful and have delts that most middle linebackers would be envious of.

Speaking of shoulders, check out the rear delt and upper back development that Jamie sports in the photo above. Pretty impressive.
