Training Day is a collection of clips featuring competitors doing real-world workouts. This isn't about fake smiles and pink dumbells, this is how female competitors really train in the gym.

You'll also hear short commentaries about the exercise they are performing in their own words; whether it be a training technique employed or a description of the movement itself.

Training Day will soon become a rotating feature in the free area of FitSights, but Attic members will always have access to the entire clip collection. So don't delay, step into our gym cause it's Training Day.
