Contest Confidential was a glimpse into the preparation a top level figure competitor goes through on the way to a competition. The subject was Flavia Crisos, who was to represent her home country of Brazil in the NABBA Figure Championships.

Possessing one of the top physiques in the world, Flavia took you with her into the gym and to other locations, like the beach in Florianopolis, where she showed off her progress with graceful poses.
