Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I have always admired the muscular female physique and wanted
to achieve the same for myself. Having been athletic throughout
my life I was looking for something new and challenging to be
involved in. I felt fitness competitions could provide the challenge
I was looking for. My life forever changed once I decided to compete.
All the sacrifices, training and dieting involved was worth learning
more about my limitations and myself. The contest preparation
provided me with a greater insight into who I am and what I am
capable of physically, mentally and emotionally.
When
did you first start working out?
have been training since 1999.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Soccer, running, gymnastics, dance and yoga.
