Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I have always been interested in keeping fit since I was a kid.
I started off running everyday with my dad who always left me
behind and that motivated me to get fitter and faster!! From them
on I was into every sport going from trampolining to swimming
to basketball, etc. I just love being physical and feeling my
body work to it's best ability.
When
did you first start working out?
I started working out seriously when I was about 20 - my goal
was to be the best in body and mind that I can be for me. I think
the way it's making me feel must be doing me some good, as I feel
so alive and in touch with my body - it's fantastic!!
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
My daily routine includes 1 hour and half of aerobics and light
weights. I start off doing 45 minutes of a continuous mixture
of cycling and short sprint running bouts followed by about half
an hour of light weights concentrating on lots of reps. I do this
6 days a week and love it!!!
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
My goals - well to take every opportunity that is presented to
me and consider it - possibly a nutrition contract would be nice,
but I'm open to any possiblities!
