Why did you become interested in fitness?
My brother was my earliest motivation for getting in shape. Although I participated in sports throughout high school. I remember my brother saying: "Can you truly say you've ever been in your best shape ever?"

I realized I couldn't, so I hired a personal trainer and loved training so much that I became a certified personal trainer. Of course, I found myself needing another challenge to take myself to the next level.

My friend told me about her experience with figure competitions and after twelve weeks of the hardest training sessions and strictest dieting I was registering at my first NPC figure competition!

When did you first start working out?
I started to lift weights in 1999

What other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Rollerblading, running

What are your goals within the fitness industry?
I honestly am really just looking to improve my physique from show to show and learn as much as I can about the body!
