Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I have been interested in fitness from a very young age. Being
active my whole life and understanding it’s importance
has motivated me to teach other people about how to lead healthy
lifestyles.
When
did you first start working out?
I have been physically active in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance,
and track since I was very young. However, I actually started
lifting weights and doing cardio when I began studying Exercise
Science in college about 8 years ago.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
Other than lifting weights and doing cardiovascular
activity, I enjoy any activity that involves being outdoors.
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
I would love to compete in more figure shows but more importantly
become a successful fitness model. I would also like to get involved
in some sponsorship and work fitness events. Helping people accomplish
their fitness goals is also something that’s very important
to me and that I would like to continue to do. It’s very
rewarding knowing that I have helped people mentally and physically
feel good!
