Why
did you become interested in fitness?
Because I decided that my body wasn’t making me happy anymore,
so I needed to change it! I am a firm believer in change…when
you really want to do something- do it! No talk, just act!
When
did you first start working out?
I started working out when I was 18 with weights, but I used
to do body-weighted exercise at 16
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I like to do sprints sometimes with my clients
and run n the beach
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
To become one of THE MOST WELL KNOWN FIGURE COMPETITORS AS WELL
AS ONE OF THE BEST PERSONAL FITNESS CONSULTANT here in FL.
