Why
did you become interested in fitness?
I've always been interested in fitness, I was a sprinter at
LSU BUT I'd never really lifted weights. Since I used to be
really thin (110-115), I wanted to change my physique. I did
just that, I put on a little more than 15 lbs of muscle while
being leaner than I have ever been before! Bev Francis is my
role model, she's taught me alot about training and nutrition.
My physique has blossomed under her tutelage.
When
did you first start working out?
Three years ago.
What
other physical activities do you enjoy to stay fit?
I rollerblade, bike, run sprints and play basketball (with my
height I guess that's a no-brainer~smile).
What
are your goals within the fitness industry?
I would like to continue to educate people about health &
fitness, maybe even write a column for a fitness magazine.
