Figure featured in LA Times

In today's issue of the LA Times, an entire page was dedicated to the sport of figure. And in other news, there are reports of a rash of mid-air plane/pig collisions, and in sports, Satan has purchased a hockey team to play in hell.

Ok, so perhaps it's not one of the signs of the apocalypse, but a full page, full color article about figure in one of the nation's biggest newspapers is a pretty big deal.

Prominently featured in the article is Gina Aliotti, a name familiar to those of you that read this blog. With a 7th place finish under her belt from her debut at the Colorado Pro (many have said that she deserved to be in the top 5), and now appearing in an LA Times article, this 21 year old juggernaut is out to make a name for herself in her rookie season.
