I remember a time when video on the internet was a scary proposition. How long would it take to download? Do enough people have broadband? Do I have enough server space to host it? Do I have enough bandwidth to get it to enough people?
Well, fast forward about 3-4 years, and we now have sites like YouTube and Google Video that have brough video sharing to the masses. Among some of the hidden gems you can find on these sites is a pretty random video clip of Julia (or Iulia) Simon, competing in a European bodybuilding competition in 2003. Keep in mind that I did use the word random. It just shows you that 4 years ago, it was hard enough to find video clips in general, but now there's even footage of Romanian junior bodybuilding champs for public consumption.
Progress people, progress. I still want my flying car, though.
By the way, for those new Julia (or Iulia!) fans out there, you can find a decent number of her photos in The Attic. And if anyone knows what Julia (or.. ok, you know by now) is up to these days, let me know.
